Engineering Staff to be multi scale and follow up receive the Hotel project from the contractor and consultant (Project is complete renovation of 150 Guest rooms, Lobby area and
2 Restaurants)

3-Sheraton Harare Hotel, Republic of Zimbabwe for 36 Days: Assisted the Regional Director of Engineering to choose Director of Engineering for the Hotel,

Conference center by end of 2010.
c. To handle with the interior designer the new outlet setup.
d. To implement a preventive maintenance program for all hotel equipment & guest rooms
starting from the date of Opening.
e. To develop the current talents within engineering department in order to decrease the contractors role especially for maintenance by enhancing multi-skills Concept.
f. To implement Behavioral Interview Technique for all new candidates.
g. To hold a communication meeting every Month for engineering department.
h. To hold a departmental meeting on Weekly basis.
i-To be on the top of completion of all hotel improvements projects in order to enhance the hotel in better image.
j- FLS organization setup and ensure that all the work activities keep and maintain our hotel
