i) M.Eng. (Mech.) passed from University Technology, Malaysia (UTM) in 1996
ii) Passed B.Sc. Eng. (Mech) from BUET, Bangladesh University of Eng. & Technology in 1980
iii) Passed 14 months course on Mech. Eng., Workshop Technology, Machining process from Walsall College of Technology, UK during 1988-89, sponsored by British Government's Overseas Development Program and had hands on training in about 30 industries involved in foundry, metal working and machining, sheet metal work, die and punch design, stamping, heat treatment etc. iv) Underwent a training program in China for 3 months sponsored by UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) on Manufacturing Technology of automotive engines and other components and had visited about 30 industries involved in casting, machining, fabrication, heat treatment, finishing, assembly etc. Industrial Experience:
• Worked 13 years in BITAC (Bangladesh Industrial Technical Assistance Center), Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka as Junior and Senior Engineer in Automobile Machining and Maintenance workshop • Taught Vocational Training students in BITAC for 13 years simultaneously on subjects of metal working and machining, fabrication etc. • Worked as Quality Control Inspector in General Motors Plant in Montreal, Canada during 1999-2003.
