- Discussion and negotiation with end user on raised claims and finalization of acceptable warrantee claims (defects) attributable to the contractor;
- Coordination with project vendors for supply of material/equipment as well as manpower for punch removal;
- Handling periodical meetings with end user operation and maintenance team for progress presentation and close out of removed warranty claims;

- Follow up of a 85% progressed project for remaining activities such as supply,
commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, ordering spare parts, punch removal, warranty
claim control and issuance for major equipments.
- Holding bi-weekly and monthly progress meeting with client.
- Subcontractors and vendors invoice review and evaluation.
- Placing spare parts orders and following up different steps of supply.

- Managing final performance tests, obtaining Provisional Acceptance and Final Acceptance Certificates of GTGs and whole plant.

Issuance of Warranty Claim Formats; and finally handing over Final Data Books of each vendor to the project management.

- Finding, visit and evaluation of qualified vendors/subcontractors, Preparation of bid documents for subcontracts of all projects, preparation of long list and short list of qualified vendors/subcontractors during the bid stages, collection of offers, preparation of bid technical evaluation table, opening packages of offers in bid committee, preparation of final table bid evaluation, award to the winners, Contractual negotiation and Contraction signing, participation in kick off meetings, progress and quality measurement of vendors/subcontractors during execution and preparation of capability reports for each vendor/subcontractor. Reporting to the Managing Director.
- Participation in regular audits of projects based on 6 months and yearly plan of internal
audits as well as participation in yearly third party audits.
- Collection of company equipments, tools and tackles in central warehouse of company, distribution of equipments among projects based on execution plan and necessities, Repair of major equipments under logistics department supervision and preparation of regular maintenance program for major equipments, purchase, collection and keeping measurement devices and tools in standard condition and preparation of regular calibration schedule. Regular visit of warehouse and projects warehouse and facilities.
Preparation of material requisition for required consumable based on plans and controlling the availability of materials right in time. Issuance of material requisition and purchase orders for all materials and equipments. Reporting to the Managing Director.
- Preparation of execution plan in level 3 & 4 for client approval, award of approved plan to project managers, collecting progress measurement reports from sites, evaluation of progress reports and preparation of company overall project report, regular site visit to compare the site measurements with actual status, participation in project progress meeting with clients along with project managers, assignment of company specialist and major equipments to the projects based on actual progress and requirement of projects.
Reporting to the Managing Director.
- Site Mobilization, equipment and tools collection, preparation of execution plan based on material delivery schedule, employment of project staff, handling technical office of the project during first 6 months, preparation of weekly and monthly plan of works and collection of daily plans from execution team heads. Fabrication of the first gantry structure for such industrial boiler montage. Preparation of installation conformity (Q/C) formats and obtaining client's approvals and handing over the works done step by step,
preparation of all execution, lifting and installation plan and supervision of works conformities. Reporting to executive Deputy of company.
- Holding separate progress measurement meeting with Construction Contractor and the Owner management.
- Participation in Management overall progress review meeting and presenting reports of related plants.
- Forwarding the non-conformity reports to suppliers through clients engineering office and collecting the remedial action plans and responses of vendors to construction companies.
- Managing the QC inspection with plant inspectors and reporting the percentage of failures and repairs to QC department.
- Checking the conformity of contractor works with requirements and plan of action and reporting the deviations.
- Preparation of compensatory plan by close cooperation with contractors and group planning manager.
- Follow up of required material/equipment with client procurement department and controlling the actual consumed material to avoid wasting material.
- Presence at site during installation and continuous supervision of the works.
- Reporting to site manager.

- Review of drawings, checking the plan of installation with vendor specialists, preparation of necessary material and facilities for work, checking all dimensions and benchmarks of supervisors, preparation of QC formats and checking the final works.
- Making coordination between vendor and vendor specialists and final client, preparing
nonconformity reports and collecting remedial action plan from vendor.
- Coordination between site technical office, Tehran technical office and vendor for conflicts and undelivered documents.
