Also prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and Preparation / checking of subcontractor IPC, BBS and Shop Drawings.
Msheireb Downtown Phase III, Doha Qatar & Al-Mutahidah Towers VB 27 & 28. Where I was responsible for takes off Sheets of Dry / Partition Wall and Reflected Ceiling, certify the IPCs from Consultant / Main Contractor. Also prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and Preparation / checking of subcontractor IPC and prepare the variation order (VO), Rate Analysis i/c damage claim. Calculate the Materials of Dry Walls / Partition Wall and Ceiling as per approved Manufactures (Gyprock, Knauf, Qgyps and SAS etc.). Calculate Quantity and prepare BOQ as per Tend Drawing.
I was responsible for preparing Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), Bar Bending Schedule of raft slab, Retaining wall, shaft wall, columns, beam and roof slab, Co-ordination with consultant for approval of IPC and Structural Shop Drawing, Preparation / checking of subcontractor IPC. Also review the Structural issue for construction (IFC) Drawings and raise quires against it as per site situation.

Where I was responsible for preparing Shop Drawings (Structure & MEP), Bar Bending Schedule and Co ordination with consultant for approval of Shop Drawings, Update weekly progress of Project. Maintaining the record of Advance and Issue for Construction Drawings, review the Structural issue for construction (IFC) Drawings and raise quires against it as per site situation.
