* Deliver and maintain consistent and realistic plans and control structures for the project. * Determine the list of plans required to execute the assigned project sub-elements and their interface to other sub-elements. * Develop the activities, logic, resources and progress for the assigned project sub-elements, leading to the creation of the baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance. * Develop, implement and comply with the planning and progress monitoring procedures. * Conduct the schedule monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned elements, including any impact from interface areas. * Implement and maintain the status reports. * Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to Project sub-element managers.* Develop contract key dates, milestones and Client plan dates that align with the overall project schedule. * Participate in evaluating bid schedules and reviewing contractor plans to support contract award recommendations. * Develop contract sections for planning and progress reporting. * Review and verify contractors reported progress and ensure that this is reflected in the project schedule. * Contribute to the translation of the project’s risk profile into the probabilistic risk model and understand the output, including the key risk drivers for the possible range of schedule completion dates. Track the criticality of the main paths to completion and float consumption. * Provide input data for and participate in benchmarking activities. * Develop and regular update on Engineering Progress Measurement system for the Projects and calculate Productivity Discipline wise. * Contribute to close-out data to enable knowledge retention (lessons learned, project data compilation) at completion of work. Prepare forecast / recovery plans in case of any Variance and implement the schedule.Perform project costing related reporting.

1) To develop all planning and scheduling tools to be used for controlling, monitoring and reporting of project status.
2) To determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual
milestones.
3) To communicate activity durations and sequence to specific work disciplines.
4) To identify inter-discipline restraints or interfaces
which define activity sequences and work with functional teams to coordinate work sequences
within total project plan.
5) To develop quantity release or installation curves for a specific work discipline and review quantity logs to ensure total quantities are represented for each discipline.
6) To monitor man hour booking, manpower, material, equipments status on a regular and ongoing basis for the project and highlight any discrepancies to the Project Manager/ Management
7) To assist in the development of manpower requirements for specific work disciplines and assist in resource levelling analysis to perform quantity and manpower resource loading for assigned schedules.
8) To determine critical path activities for work areas and / or work disciplines and monitor schedule deviations and proposes corrective action/work around solutions.
9) To identify and reports activities which have a critical or potential impact on schedule.
10) Attend project review meetings with
contractors/clients at site to review and discuss work progress, highlight areas of concern and area plans in order to resolve problems of schedule delays in project activities indicated by tracking schedule.

- Responsible for estimation, costing, rate analysis, preparation of Bill of Quantity, preparation of Bill of Material for projects.
- Development of project budget, estimation & tracking the projects against the baseline schedule, variance analysis, cost control.
- Prepare all Contracting Projects Database showing Cost History, Variation Records, Project Progress, Progress Billing & Documentation, Inventory Management, Project Performance Analysis, Calculate Current Margin, Expected Margin at completion.
- Prepare schedules on MS Project & Primavera Project Planning.
- Prepare forecast for Common materials & Project Specific Items Contracting Division based on order Intake and the backlog projects actual Schedules and coordinating with Purchasing Manager & Stores team and give them material requirement plans.
- Prepare Resource Planning and also making Sub-Contracting requirement plan for all the Projects.
- Provide support to site in storage, supply, delivery etc. of required material.
- Control of regular monitoring, auditing, and reporting of all stock transactions.
- Prepare reports, presentations and timelines from statistical data
- Cost Forecast for considering all the pending Purchase orders, Variations, Labour and Installation and any other Cost on the project.
- Prepare One year Labor & Sub-Contractor Requirement Forecast based on Order Intake and Backlog Projects.
- Prepare Earned Value (EV) Report and introduce Earned Value Management systems in the Company.
- Cost Analysis of all the Work In Progress projects and performance of the projects.
- Follow up and tracking of material delivered to the site for month closing with the supplier and Installation team.
- Maintain variation order log.
- Prepare Cost reports as per Project Progress and prepare Interim Progress Payment by considering Actual Cost of Work Performed at site.
- Monitor of monthly cost, Sales and Cash received for Active Projects.

- Preparation/update of projects schedules, progress reports, follow-up sheets, task orders, check lists, work breakdown structures, Flow charts
and progress curves.
- Develop Cost Breakdown Structure, Cost Coding structure, Cost Accounts and Cost loading of the Master Schedule.
- Develop the Cost Monitoring system, monitoring of contract procurement.
- Establish estimation process, recording estimates and develop the estimate / work plan & final estimate report.

- Monitor deployment of Direct & Indirect Manpower, material, Equipment and plant against budget.
- Ensure timely availability of essential material at site & project execution in efficient and safe manner

- Coordination with sub-contractors for progress updating and reporting.
- Facilities, consumable and direct material estimation for the project.
- Preparation of Mobilization plan and Material estimation for the project.
- Taking site measurements as per prevailing site conditions to prepare detail engineering and isometrics drawings based on P&ID and plan layout as well as updating the as-built drawings.
- Responsible for fabrication of all the piping and structure for Installation of Methyl Acetate column at ICI PTA Petrochemical plant.

- Participate in the estimation and Planning of SAMREF Oil Refinery Pipe Line Project, Saudi Arabia after tendering of Project.
