•Give demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy
•Engage in creative solution selling to revise and expand Bayt.com`s services offering to meet the changing needs of local enterprise
•Track monthly sales and accurately forecast sales for a rolling 90-day advance period
•Liaise between IT, Online Ad sales, and the client to ensure effective fulfillment of various online solutions
•Manage the training, usage, and follow-up queries with the client through the supervision of the assigned Product Specialist
•Track all sales, communication, and opportunities in the CRM system
•Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and services provided to the customer.
•Actively listen to customers and provide them with solutions that meet or exceed what they need.
•Explaining and demo all digital products of Bayt.com in person or online.
•Increasing Bayt.com's product portfolio per customer through active sales by constantly working to improve the customer care experience, create engagement, and facilitate organic growth.
•Taking ownership of customers’ issues and following problems through to resolution.
•Creating communications to keep customers in the know on current offers, pricing, support concerts, or any changes.
•Determine customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to upgrade their experience.
•Identifying, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.
•Ensuring coverage of my assigned stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings.
