Project Management for Civil Projects at Operation Field in Hazar, Turkmenistan:-
Finalizing project’s scope of work
Coordination/follow up with site personnel
Regular travels to monitor project progress at site
- Manage Projects on behalf of different clients
- Monitor their progress
- Address technical issues
- Approve/review materials and subcontractors
Lead projects’ teams in terms of monitoring projects’ site progress with project managers and resident engineers
Attend progress meetings, and solve project issues with clients and contractors
Establish, build and maintain relationships with clients
Be the focal communication point between design support and supervision teams
Represent ARENCO with clients and authorities
Project Design, Coordination & Management. I started designing internally handled projects, following-up, coordinating and revising projects outsourced to consultants till 2002, when design department director asked me to enter an intensive Primavera course to qualify as a project manager. Since then, I have been coordinating projects and monitoring their progress at design stage
Architect
My own interest in project management and my job assignment as a project manager encouraged me to go for this specialisation. The fees were self-paid. the thesis topic was about implementing PM concept at the Ministry of Public Works. MSc was awarded in March, 2006.
Main Subjects were 7 for Design & 4 for Construction, plus theoretical & additonal skills subjects.
