Kood Group Marketing and Brand Manager of global brands in the Kuwaiti & GCC market. Duties are "not limited to" introduce global brand names and product within practices to local market through exclusivity, distribution or franchising, with an expansion to region.
• Drove and designed marketing plans & communication messages through promotions, market attendance and portrayed values
• R&D of products in accordance to market response/trend/demand
• Identifying new brand business opportunities and gaps through innovative concepts/final products
• Led execution of Marketing content, adv. campaigns, online/offline, ATL/BTL • Ensuring participation & sponsoring events/occasions.
- Setting budget required, forecasting & measuring ROI before/after campaigns
- Data Analysis (Volume & quality of leads / Sale conversion rates / Traffic / Cost of acquisitions / Organic Traffic).
- KPI (Key Performance Indicators Metrics) Assessing organisation / objectives progress
- Ensuring all marketing and communication initiatives via promotions/ advertising/campaigns aligned with marketing strategy, objectives and brand value and proposition.
- Preparation of media plan and kit at appropriate platforms supporting marketing strategy and appropriate market attendance and brand positioning.
- Developing marketing and brands annual and campaigns budget in accordance to analysis and ROI of previous budgeting applying tweaking and amendments were needed.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationship with vendors and suppliers, in addition to working with second/third parties in demand of outsourcing.
- Full aware and highly knowledgable of available materials for executing production jobs in terms of printing materials, visual attendance, communication at events, booths creation and large format signage.
As a Marketing Manager Assistant at a creative
house and advertising agency, my job role is not limited to a job description, in addition to;
• Managing a team of four individuals (Design team / Social Media Team / Administrative Team)
• Managing of 12 clients accounts, between SME’s and large enterprises
• Meeting current client and potential clients for update and opportunity of prospected projects
• Brainstorming and briefing with team according to clients request, (Design / marketing campaigns / advertising and marketing materials / strategic planning for clients market introduction)
• Preparation of appropriate materials for production and following up production touch-points (Marketing Materials / Booth Production / Printing / Procurement of Gifts & Giveaways / Ensuring prototype and delivery)
• Consultation on design, identity and branding level with higher management team
Volunteer work at Leicester City Council with a team in order to develop available community services and resources through focusing on sustainable designs for public and humanitarian purposes.
