Manage and develop Tetra Pak activity with Milk and Juice Customers in Morocco and Algeria.
Lead and coordinate the activity of the Key Account team to achieve Customer and Tetra Pak objectives.
Negotiate and conclude contracts (CAPEX Investment, Marketing Activities and Packaging Prices).
Implement the pricing strategy for Juice & Milk Category in coordination with the Group.
Monitor and control Profit and Lost statement of customer portfolio.
Lead the availability project (Retail Marketing) in Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia).
Member of Global Key Account Team for DANONE and Coca Cola

*Making a shopper survey.
*New sales conditions and incentives for customers.
*Making a Cross-Merchandising strategy by category of product.
Recruitment of an auxiliary sales force: 19 advisors for 8500 customers.
*Organization of the in store shelf space by brand ( Merchandising)
*rganization of the first “Beauty Operation” in Para-pharmacy (Auchan, Leclerc, Carrefour)
*34% of sales versus objective.
