- Managing day to day operations in a flat management structure
organization, administering over 50 employees.
- Supervising the accounting team for financial reporting purposes.
- Human resource activities, which include, but is not limited to, reviewing
payrolls, setting day offs, staff scheduling, creating a friendly and
motivating environment, etc...
- Managing bank accounts and transactions with both government and
private sectors.
- Monitoring the quality of food with the support of head chef, and insuring
a wide variety of servings.
- Creating innovative offers to further improve sales and acquire customer
retention.
- Addressing client needs, even under the pressure of any busy period.
- Organizing marketing campaigns for festive periods and holiday season, as
well as keeping track of the advertising procedure.
- Supply chain management and vendor logistics, keeping control of the
supply and demand.
- Supervision on the maintenance needs for the hotel rooms and restaurant
key areas.
- Managing the cash flow and inventory for reporting to the CEO.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining client relationship via
both servicing and following up on sale or repair orders.
- Managing stock for both devices and accessories.
- Setting up sales, procurement, and maintenance reports for management.
- Supervise vendor and supplier payments.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, following up with
the technical support department, developing solutions, and preparing
reports in order of providing recommendations for management as a
feedback.
- Meeting sale targets and preparing budget based on product level and
request.

- Leading the academy team through managing, in cooperation with
coaching, by lending out daily and weekly instructions about responsibilities
and plans.
- Communicating effectively with parents to gain their gratitude and
satisfaction.
- Managing the marketing campaigns of the academy through ads near town
and on social media.
- Setting the academy policies and requirements for work, and setting the
standards for work ethics.
- Managing finances, varying from member subscriptions, team uniform and
transportation, to field rental, sponsors, and other income channels.

- Managing reservations and coordinating with the Executive Housekeeper
for room availability.
- Monitoring customer accounts.
- Managing daily bills and payments.
- Maintaining a strong customer/resident relationship and communicating
with all departments for a guaranteed satisfaction.
- Training new recruits and providing a healthy and supportive learning
environment.

- Providing information about products.
- Ensuring customer service satisfaction, keeping good client relationship,
and following up on sales activity.
- Performing quality checks on product and service delivery.
- Coordinating shipping programs and product procurement.
