Liaise with departments Managers to identify existing Policies and Procedures that require amendment or will be superseded. Draft or edit new procedures and supporting documents such as forms, Process Flowchart, RACI Charts. Keep control and change history of BMS.
Achievements:
• Development of BMS documents Database (Procedures, Processes, Forms…)
• Establishment of stock master catalogue using FPAL method
• Implementation of IDEAS system (Material Management System Module)
• Ensure the availability of raw material by communicating with suppliers (internal and external: 104 foreign suppliers) and by optimising the delivery lead-times and the supplier quality of service.
• From Master schedule, plan the procurement of raw material with respect of the inventory objectives and delivery obstacles.
• Responsible for the flow of material in internal (cutting centre) and the dispatching of the material to the 6 in external plants (6 Sewing plants).
• Responsible for preparing customs documents related to imports.
• Ensure the availability of raw material by communicating with suppliers (internal and external) and by optimising the delivery lead-times and the supplier quality of service.
• Plan the procurement of raw material with respect of the inventory objectives and delivery constraints.
• Responsible for the level of raw material inventory which must respect the budget.
• Responsible for all operation relative to logistics: Import-Export-customs-Distribution- Transport.
• Supervise Logistics staff
• importations operations for 4 plants
• Transportation scheduling and planning.
• Inter-company logistics flow control
• Logistics follow up Control the conformity of suppliers’ deliveries compared to the orders sent.
