Social Media:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to include social media platforms (Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram and YouTube).
• Creating and adapting content for each specific network. This includes positioning content in under 140
characters for Twitter, creating images and graphics to accompany Facebook and Twitter posts, taking
and curating photos and videos for visual platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
• Measure and report on social media channels and content, continually track and improve performance,
audience growth and content engagement.
Administration:
• Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Preparing the work-flow reports and submitting it to the Director of the Minister’s office.

Maintain harmonious relationship with key persons in the Ministries / Local Municipal departments /
Administrative Offices for the smooth processing of various types of approval.
• Ensure renewal and upkeep of civil defense and statutory certifications, obtain commercial Licenses for
opening new stores and oversee issue and renewal of all the company vehicle registration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve specific issues with local administration and authorities.
• Develop and implement a communication program to keep corporate management informed on
governmental issues affecting Al Nasser at all levels.

Checking passports, prepare excel sheets, controlling seamen and most of the crew on the ship.
