JOB TITLE: Technical office engineer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- AT THE TENDER STAGE:-
- Preparing the bid Q.S. Quantity surveyor.
- Preparing the required RFI’s.
- Preparing the required tendering packages.
- Reviewing and evaluating the subcontractors proposals.
- Shop drawings.

2- AFTER AWARDING THE PROJECT:-
- Reviewing the design at the different design stages.
- Preparing the required shop drawings.
- Preparing the required material requisitions.
- Following up the subcontractors.
- Reviewing the subcontractor invoices.
- Preparing the actual Q.S. for the project.
- Shop drawings.

*-The Q.S Engineer for All Architecture, civil “prepare, discuss & review” with Owner engineering ECG
-For two projects "Misr for Central Clearing, Depository & Registry" MCDR 600 Million Egyptian pounds. and BMP paripa project 500 at New Cairo. Responsible for the (Interim Payment Certificate) "IPC" for the main contractor (Orascom) and sub-contractors
