• Maintaining the F&B management invoices and journals, budget settings, managing the incentive schemes, creating and managing efficient labour budgets as per business needs, finding potential outlet spaces in malls and other retail zones based on Brand and business model.
• Ensuring timely submission and approvals of outlet work permits from mall management and government authorities.
• Manage ordering for equipment within financial constraints, develop and review all KPI's are met and provide constant leadership/counselling/advise and feedback.
• Check the Stock management and compatibility level, ensure that staff is equipped with the right skills and knowledge, training and development of the staff, developing career path.
