Managing more than 500 admin staff and 3500 drivers for admin and financial related matters.

• Preparation of Budget, variance analysis, planning, cash flow, ratio analysis, revenue analysis, pricing, project preparation.

• Appraising management about revenue leakage, providing internal control procedure, monthly MIS report.

• Preparing monthly financial for the management.

• To act as financial analysis in all aspect in SAP
• Give valuable inputs for system improvement in SAP
• Give reasons for monthly variances to management.
• Management of employee related issues such as complaint management office.
• Management of employee leave plan, disciplinary, recovery etc.
• Approval of purchase requisition in SAP.
• Managing intranet for business unit as power user.
• Managing approvals for employees in ESS (Employees Self Service) in system.
• Reviewing and approving additional budget request, reallocation of budget.
• Monthly revenue calculations (fixed contracts, private hire and events)
• Approval of invoices coming from workshop such as insurance claims, third party claims, sale of parts. (DMS in SAP).
• Managing accounting and control for warehouse and workshop.
