- Manages governance of strategic initiatives which includes Digital transformation programs and Service excellence initiatives
- Drive service management relationship & deliveries with all stakeholders focusing on operational KPIs, cost optimization & timely delivery
- Prepare strategic papers, presentations and Executive summary requested by COO and Senior management on key initiatives aimed at improving the cost efficiency, service excellence and process optimization
- Delivers project management, analytical insight and implementation support for key organizational projects and initiatives as directed by COO
- Acts as internal consultant, working in collaboration with operating leaders and department heads within the company to promote efficiency and effectiveness
- Review management information and data available across the enterprise to provide senior management with strategic insights on business volumes, productivity, resource optimization, service gaps with fix-it plans and solutions
- Brings thought leadership to complex business challenges through data analysis & insights. Ensures team priorities are in sync with those of the business and provides guidance on analytical frameworks or methodologies
- Holds distinction in conceptualizing and designing presentation on Bank’s Digital Transformation journey, preparing as well as publishing PMO Handbook, Program Governance Operating Procedures and SOP documents
- Adept at vendor evaluation, creating RFPs, assessing, affecting, transitioning and managing complex vendor contracts of high CAPEX value, managing payment obligations and facilitating continual review, ensuring to meet expectations
- Developed a unique combination of Banking domain knowledge along with Project Management skills and spearheaded a team of 4 Project Managers to drive Treasury, Brokerage, Regulatory and Capital Market projects
- Delivered 15 large projects and 250+ change requests (CAPEX amount of USD 50+ million) with “Satisfactory” audit rating
- Adroitly accomplished multiple projects end to end right from implementation of new application projects, up-gradation of existing application, infrastructure projects, in-house development projects and outsourcing projects, including:
 Treasury System - Calypso & Kondor+
 Trading Platform for Brokerage business - TradeNetX
 White Label Platform (WLP) for Corporate & FI clients - Barclays, SAXO & HY
 Mobile trading app for FX and Equity
 Equity trader platform for GCC markets
 Collateralized Trading Facility for Corporate & Priority Banking customers
 Outsourcing of Treasury Middle Office processes to APEX
 Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery drills
