- Manages governance of strategic initiatives which includes Digital transformation programs and Service excellence initiatives

- Holds distinction in conceptualizing and designing presentation on Bank’s Digital Transformation journey, preparing as well as publishing PMO Handbook, Program Governance Operating Procedures and SOP documents
- Adept at vendor evaluation, creating RFPs, assessing, affecting, transitioning and managing complex vendor contracts of high CAPEX value, managing payment obligations and facilitating continual review, ensuring to meet expectations
- Developed a unique combination of Banking domain knowledge along with Project Management skills and spearheaded a team of 4 Project Managers to drive Treasury, Brokerage, Regulatory and Capital Market projects
- Delivered 15 large projects and 250+ change requests (CAPEX amount of USD 50+ million) with “Satisfactory” audit rating
