Main Responsibilities:
•Providing support to Operations management on implementing ADNOC HSE Program/HSEMS/OHSAS/ISO 14001 at offshore locations.
•Providing training to Field personnel on HSE subjects as per training matrix.
•Participating in risk management exercise such as SIMOPS/RA/JSA/PHSER/HAZAN/HAZOP/SIL/Bowtie/Building Risk Register etc.
•HSE Incidents reporting, investigating for root causes and corrective actions and further follow-up for closure of the CA
•Formulate, implement and evaluating/continually improving the effectiveness of the contingency plans for the facilities.
•Conducting health, safety and environmental audits/inspections and tours
•Helping to set and achieve local HSE Objectives and working toward achievement of corporate level objectives and targets
•Managing the contractor from mobilization to demobilization.
•Coordinate the HSE aspects of project activities.
•Preparing, analyzing and presenting HSE performance reports to Corporate HSE as per requirements.
•Participating in emergency drills and record the effectiveness of the drill along with improvement opportunities.
•Design and implement process improvements or modifications in HSE applications that will facilitate business requirements
•Providing support and guidance to process owners (Corporate and Site HSE) in evaluating and recommending solutions/changes to enhance the use of the HSEMS.

Major clients include ONGC, Shell, Petronas, NIOC, Petrobras, Cairn energy, HOEC, Hardy Oil & Exxon Mobil Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities:
•Work closely with CEO, CFO, COO, Head HR, Rig managers and OIM`s and Other levels in the company.to cultivate the Safety Culture
•Provide QHSE & Training leadership and direction to Company, Rigs and Project Managers.
•Serve as the corporate QHSE & Training subject matter expert with clients, regulators, and Company staff working on projects or Business proposal responses.
•Manage QHSE & Training resources and related departmental budgets.
•Manage corporate QHSE & Training staff. When necessary plan, request, and assist in the hiring of new personnel.
•Work within the Company framework to foster the career growth of direct reports.
•Serve as the primary contact on QHSE & Training issues.
•Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with Company Clients, Field QHSE personnel, Rig Managers, local representatives, regulatory agencies(flag states/RO/OISD/ISPS/IMO/Marpol/ISM requirements) and subcontractors/shipyards.
•Create, manage and review Company HSE KPI`s.
•Appraise and implement regulatory requirements as they relate to Company operations.
•Develop, review and validate the effectiveness of emergency management procedures for all business locations and ensure its understanding/personnel are adequately trained.
•Work as the internal incident manager, ensuring that safety emergencies and injuries are properly reported and managed.
•Assist Head-Business development in the preparation of new contract proposals as solicitations relate to corporate QHSET objectives.
•Reviews all contract documents related to ongoing or proposed work for QHSET related issues.
•Review subcontractor QHSE programs; ensure that subcontractor programs are compliant with Company, Regulatory and client requirements.
•Participate in meetings with Clients, Sr. management, Operational meetings and field personnel during periodic site visits.
•Conduct QHSE audits with findings and corrective actions that may be necessary to promote the QHSE of workers and the public.
•Facilitate/Participate in Health Risk Assessment, HAZID and HAZOP/SIMOPS workshops as required for Operations Phase
- Job Involves Seismic operation, onshore and offshore exploration & production. Job responsibility would entail handling the complete scope of HSE in completing any Seismic, drilling/production activity to the prescribed QHSE system/procedure.
- Ensure statutory compliances on HSE aspects applicable to the activity/operation at onshore/offshore.
- Provide for Budget estimation/plan, Implement & monitor the cast flow as per plan and control on expenses.
- Provide continuous guidance to the management to ensure QHSE as a part of every activity that company involves into.
- Responsible for development, maintenance, Implementation and improvement of the HSE management system.
- Finalize the HSE goals of the company in discussion with management as per the international bench marks and past performance trend.
- Assist management to achieve the HSE goals in a systematic manner by monitoring the progress and suggesting appropriate programs.
- Assess the competency mapping of all personnel on HSE aspects and devise training program to meet the shortfall.
- Implement the training programmer through external/internal resources to meet the client/internal/regulatory requirements.
- Raise the awareness level of all employees on HSE matters and devise programs to sustain it on a continual basis.
- Conduct audits on self/vendor/contractor to verify compliance to various requirements on HSE aspects and provide the audit results to management and to concerned department for corrective action implementation.
- Pre hire rig inspection and regular audits of offshore/onshore rigs. Coordinate the complete drilling activity on HSE aspects and assist line management in completion of the drilling operation in compliance to QHSE standards.
- Assist operation team in sourcing the right materials to complete the Drilling operation in compliance to QHSE requirements.
- Ensure the incidents are appropriately reported, classified as per company standard and investigation of the same is completed meaningfully to bring out the root causes.
- Follow-up with concerned parties for remedial work plan implementation.
- Conduct Management reviews of HSE performance to identify lagging areas and implement additional programs to improve them.
- Liaise with Operation department, Client, contractors, partners, and regulatory bodies on HSE matters.
- Assess the security situation of the areas company is involved in and take appropriate measures to ensure safety & security of employees.
- Ensure risk is minimized to ALARP level in all areas of Operation, Company is involved into.
- Reports to JMD directly & functionally to the Region HSE of ENI.
- Mentor & coach the field HSE officers to maximize their contribution to the company.
