Planning & Analysis
Roles and responsibilities:
•Supporting financial planning, estimation & closing cycles
•Owning wing to wing FP&A process for PDx business - $650MM.
•Finance - FP&A for full P&L, Sales to OP for PDx business (10 Regions - 120 Countries under EMEA).
•Working with Demand planners for Sales to SM estimates.
•Complete ownership of Variable and Base cost.
•OP - Creation and verifying of SKU’s for Sales to SM part, Decide the spread of Variable and Base costs
•Provide Estimation and Analytics support for Base Cost, OVC & provide support for Sales to SM
•Working closely with Cross functional stake holders (Operations, Marketing, HR, Accounts etc.) at various levels across global to collect and validate information for periodic forecast to support business decisions
•Maintain consistent and effective closing procedures and provide timely and accurate reporting across teams spanning multiple countries and legal entities
•Variance analysis by function/Account (VPY, VOP, VPQ) and Head Count Analysis on monthly basis
•Review with Stakeholders - Performance plan to remediate gaps, update estimates for further Qtrs.
•Preparation of month/Quarter/Yearend results
•Providing financial information and recommendations to the stakeholders
•Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast by Region / Sub region / Cost Center
•Validate accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation
•Calculates price, Volume impact per Segment/Region and highlights areas for margin improvement
•Measures forecast accuracy and highlights to the navigator’s areas for improvement

Roles and responsibilities
•Approvals:
•Product costing, Cost sheet Approvals and finalization of standard costing
•Rate and sourcing approvals of fabric, Purchase order approvals and job Costing approvals
•MIS Reporting:
•Preparing Factory performance report of all the factories
•Budget preparation of all factories/divisions/teams
•Variance analysis of product costing Standard Vs Actual
•Conversion Cost Calculations and Analysis
•Extra cost Analysis and Usage Variance, PPV analysis
•Preparation of work center rates & Finalization of sale MIS
•Analyze Profitability by Items/Buyer/Team/Factory (monthly, quarterly, annually)
•PMS Rating (Score card) on all factories, and all individual factory heads and marketing heads
•Finalization of Stock ageing and Budgeted cost analysis
