Upgraded the existing PLC system and introduced new Automation valve, transmitters for process.
Plant modification & its tower restructure.
Ventilation project for both the processing area in coordination with Global team, FM global recommendation and local authority requirement.
Power factor, Pre project work for in-house hazardous waste treatment plant for process waste with DM & Trakhees. Thermal oxider as waste treatment plant.
Fire protection system upgradation for the entire unit.
Safety & quality analysis for all chemical storage tanks with third party consultant.

ACHIEVEMENTS :-
Reduced the cycle time by about 30% by introducing time saving methods during charging & processing without affecting the Quality. Reduced the process loss between 8 to 12 %. Has the distinction of not having any accidents by implementing and enforcing the required safety measures. Support the company in such a way to have the record and award by our corporate stating Dubai plant as Injury free work place for the last 12 Years. Maintain the same with all precautions. Implement the new standard ISO 9001: 2015 as MR on June 2017 onwards

ACHIEVEMENTS :-

Overseen the erection & commissioning of all the machineries and equipments relating to the production plant - such as Reactors, Wooden vats, Furnace, Dryer, gear boxes, pumps, centrifuge, pulveriser, ball mill etc. and smooth running of the same.
Intoduced new filtering system / flow handling mechanism to avoid the pressure build-up in the pipe lines while handling materials of different densities / viscosities.
Desinged a new raw material flow system to control / regulate the flow of raw materials for different types of products, as per specifications.
