Responsibilities:
Accounting Work:
•Maintaining accounts of small scale companies in the Ms excel preparation of all books of accounts and generating trial balance
•Preparation of chart of accounts to the new company and ensuring the all accounts as per the functions of organisation came in.
•Ensured the IFRS is followed in the accounting work.
•Preparation all Journals, Vouchers, Invoices (sales), Entered Receivables Payables transactions each in the account books.
•Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) monthly for the clients.
•Preparation of payroll for employees of clients as per the WPS.
•Preparation of Gratuity Schedule as per the KSA labour laws norms to the employees of the clients
