Establish / maintain a specialized internal audit capability to evaluate and ensure that all Cash Services staff at Branch, Cash Center and equipment are fully compliant with relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and Instructions (both ATM and CIT Services)
 Develop and maintain audit templates that are aligned with relevant operational governance
 Develop and maintain audit programs and manage compliance assurance against agreed targets with senior management in Cash Services.
 Ensure the electronics equipment are working with no error.
 Develop and maintain the electronic lock and ensure integrated with IVR System.
 Update the dashboard of Mzoon System to MD.
 Risk and compliance assessments conducted to cover the following:
 Branch Audits
 Cash Center Audits
 Unseen Inspections (covert observation of compliance during ATM- / CIT services)
 Operating Limit compliance by CIT and ATM teams
 Special audits (Firearm compliance / Vehicle compliance / Key Control / MOI compliance, etc)
 Manage Bi-annual Self-Assessment on Mandatory Security Principles (MSP) that is pre-scribed by Group Security
 Conduct Compliance assurance checks after incidents (checking that remedial actions required was instituted as per Group / Company instruction.
Responsible to ensure that the responsible staff on Cash Services action and make effective risk remediation progress with relation to the following Risk Reports:
o Group Risk & Compliance Actions
o Incident / Loss Report Findings
o Group Security Audits
o Group Compliance Audits
o Insurance Audits (Lowers & Associates, etc)
Risk Assessments:
 Conduct Premises and Route Security Assessments before a new services can commence (Cash Centers / ATM’s / Retail CIT Services, International CIT consignments, etc)
 Involved in Transformation business management (PMO) and making decisions .
 Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
 Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
 Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
 Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
 Division’s various IT projects planning and implementation.
 Procedure controls and application.
 Also, Deputy Operation manager of crowd management and spectators safety over 500 steward at KASC stadium up to date under Aramco supervision as a part time.

A Full-time job working as X-Ray Integration Project Manager. My duties were; • Manage, schedule, document, coordinate, and monitor progress throughout the new client set-up process in order to implement products/solutions. • Ensure all requests made by client and/or consultant are responded to within one business day and by the end of the day whenever possible. • Work directly with clients, including collaborating on creating the project plan, managing the project scope, ensuring that all requirements are met, and performing quality control. • Work in coordination with the team Development Coordinators to create and implement training and processes and technology to improve team’s productivity and efficiency. • Ensure X-Ray devices are integrated with Nebras System.
