• Implementing recreational activities in the Zaatari refugee camp and ensure the overall implementation timeline.
• Actively contribute to the development of community engagement portfolio in the implementation site and be up to date with relevant strategies and sectors plans.

• Work closely with M&E team on accurate data collection, strict monitoring and feedback on program implementation and timely delivery of project interventions.
• Assist with planning and tracking financial expenditures.
• Assist in recruiting IBVs for community engagement component, tracking IBVs timesheets, overseeing their performance, and ensure proper implementation of the knowledge transfer tool over time.
• Support and liaise participation of national competitions, tournament, marathons, and exhibitions inside and outside the camp.
• Represent BLUMONT independently or together with other colleagues in relevant coordination meetings, youth task force, basic needs working group, meetings with UNHCR or potential donors, government and international organizations in Zaatari and assigned locations.
• Mapping and coordination of project activities with technical working groups, local authorities and administrative actors.
• Reporting weekly and monthly on regular and special activities and any issues encountered by IBVs or beneficiaries.
