• Micro Financial Institution: Support data collection for 7 microfinance institution (MFI) partners in Jordan, Micro-fund for woman (MFW), Finca, National microfinance bank (NMB), Ethmar for Islamic microfinance, Tamweelcom, Vitas, and Ahli microfinance company (AMC).

• Phone Calls Survey: Collect the data over phone calls for more than 400 beneficiaries.

• Coordination with Technical Staff: Support technical staff in geographic location, enter the data on Knowledge management system (KMS), into land regulatory transportation commission (LTRC) for 80 events, also support grants team in Editing and create 60 grants records on (KMS).

• Training Sessions for LENS Staff: Trained 10 staff, from M&E and grants departments trained how to use data sheet view on (KMS), and how to enter the data to the system.


• Communication with partners: Led the process of close-out grant and took the final achievements from them with coordinates with the grants team.

• Beneficiaries Survey: Worked on more than 5 surveys (in person face-to-face, phone survey) during JFW and other events such as finance fair.

• Events Budget: Led the process of entering all the events that budgeted by USAID to TraiNet which is system that tracking all the events that USAID paid for LENS partners.
