· Prepare the organization Performance Management Plan (PMP), for adhering the learnings, performance indicators in the plan, and the required resources to carry out the plan.

· Strengthen internal cooperation and learning practices through supporting the development of guidance, and tools, as well as capturing the best/promising practices.

· Apply quality control measures and ensure that organization’s standards are met in all programs.

· Record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way.

· Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project success and targets as part of performance monitoring system to improve performance management, knowledge management, data management and program implementation.

· Conduct in-depth analysis of evaluation findings for new program development and ensure that recommendations are adopted in a timely manner.

· Coordinate, collect, and consolidate quantitative and qualitative performance management and impact data, as well as indicator information and, assist in drafting narratives that explain how performance was factored into strategic and budget decisions.

· Assist technical teams and implementing partners with the development and completion of mandatory data quality assessments to support indicator reporting.

· Develop program reporting mechanism that facilitate the flow of information in programs and lead regional reporting for the quarterly donor reports, liaising with global reporting.

· Provide guidance on preparing success stories and testimonials to the outreach and communication team, then review the success stories before submission.

· Creating factsheets for the projects containing all the relevant information because of our strong belief in data visualization.

• Develop and implement M&E systems for Sawts Grants and Civic Engagement components,
identify obstacles to implementation and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop internal tracking systems and monitoring indicators for Sawts grants success and
targets as part of performance monitoring system to improve performance management,
knowledge management, data management and program implementation.
• Provide Sawts GESI, Grants and civil Society teams with the paperwork needed to help beter
planning, monitoring, and implementation of activities.
• Work closely with Sawt Civil Society team to ensure project success through documenting and
reviewing submited reports.
• Conduct Weekly, Monthly meetings with Grants, Civil Society teams to track and monitor the
implementing activities.
• Collect, verify, and report M&E data in compliance with USAIDs and Internews data quality

sessions, such as: After Action Review, Pause and reflect Sessions.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Activity (MELA) is designed to ensure USAID’s activities in Jordan achieve their intended results through monitoring and evaluation, strategic assessments, and CLA. MELA will help USAID/Jordan create a dynamic learning environment among development actors which is focused on innovation, duality MEL practices, and knowledge sharing. Through the MELA Accelerator, a rapid procurement mechanism, a cohort of Jordanian firms will work with the MELA team to successfully deliver projects while simultaneously strengthening their management and compliance systems. This approach will provide USAID/Jordan with high-duality MEL services across it’s portfolio, build the capacity of local MEL organizations, and ensure USAID programs meaningfully empower and enhance local participation. The USAID Jordan Local Enterprise Support Project (LENS) Is a five-year project that supports small business growth and better economic planning to strengthen Jordanian communities against economic adversity. It’s one of the largest in the world at $65mn. It supports micro and small enterprises (MSE) growth, access to finance, local economic development, and women’s economic empowerment. LENS data one of the best approaches for M&E in the region. Its help M&E department to learn more skills and to get a huge experience.


Responsibilities:
• Donor Reporting: Periodic reporting into USAID managed platforms such as DevResults, prepare performance indicator tracing table (PITT), review performance indicator reference sheet (PIRS), Tracing performance indicators and DevResult.

• Data Analysis and preparation: Doing analysis for both qualitative and quantitative data for different events such as Jordan food week (JFW), local development unit survey (LDU), micro-small enterprises survey (MSE), using excel software, and open refine software, doing analysis for more than 2000 pre and post assessment for Beekeepers.


• Micro Financial Institution: Support data collection for 7 microfinance institution (MFI) partners in Jordan, Micro-fund for woman (MFW), Finca, National microfinance bank (NMB), Ethmar for Islamic microfinance, Tamweelcom, Vitas, and Ahli microfinance company (AMC).

• Phone Calls Survey: Collect the data over phone calls for more than 400 beneficiaries.

• Coordination with Technical Staff: Support technical staff in geographic location, enter the data on Knowledge management system (KMS), into land regulatory transportation commission (LTRC) for 80 events, also support grants team in Editing and create 60 grants records on (KMS).

• Training Sessions for LENS Staff: Trained 10 staff, from M&E and grants departments trained how to use data sheet view on (KMS), and how to enter the data to the system.


• Communication with partners: Led the process of close-out grant and took the final achievements from them with coordinates with the grants team.

• Beneficiaries Survey: Worked on more than 5 surveys (in person face-to-face, phone survey) during JFW and other events such as finance fair.

• Events Budget: Led the process of entering all the events that budgeted by USAID to TraiNet which is system that tracking all the events that USAID paid for LENS partners.
