Currently working with Equate petrochemical company a world class multinational organization since December 1998. I have successfully delivered 3 roles in this organization in 15 years of professional service.

Since April 2011 I am assigned to Polyethylene Department with added responsibilities in Integrated Supply Chain area as “Department Trainer”. I am Responsible for Environment Health and Safety training development and delivery. Manage certification and qualification of department trainees and new hires as per the targets set by Learning & Development Department of the company.

Since April 2005 until April 2011 worked for Polyethylene Department as, “Process Operations Technologist” Health & Safety shift coordinator, Asset capabilities and utilization coordinator, ISO audit focal point and plant start-up shutdown coordinator.

Since December 1998 until April 2005 I worked here for Central Maintenance Department as senior Instrument Technician, carrying out Operation and Maintenance of process control automation systems like Honeywell TDC 3000, Triconex ESD system, and Modicon PLC and related Instrument & control Systems.

Hadeed was an integrated Iron & Steel complex, in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia comprising of three main production units i.e. the Direct reduction iron, The steel plant and The rolling mill. The jobs comprised of mainly on line instruments maintenance of Utilities plant, Electric Arc Furnace, metal casters, participate in root cause analysis of machine break downs and process upsets as well as environmental impact and aspects. Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective actions.

INDIAN PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY in India was a largest integrated gas cracker complex comprising of a main gas cracker plant producing Ethylene Glycol, Ethylene Oxide, Polyethylene HDPE, LDPE and Polypropylene as major products. My job responsibilities apart from the above mentioned, included around the clock shift on-line maintenance of all process control and analyzer instruments as per requirements which included PLC as well as DCS system checks, diagnosis and rectification of faults. Conduct Occupational and Industrial hygiene studies, evaluate and develop control strategies for physical, biological and chemical hazards at workplace.
