New Combined-Cycle Power Plant - ‘Zeran’. Preparing the entire QA/QC documentation (Red Correx, AS-built, welding and mechanical documentation, punch lists, final documentation). Conducting inspections with the contractor and the client.
Al Wakrah Stadium and Precinct - Roof, Facade Envelope and Secondary Steel Package. Main responsibilities: direct supervision of the teams rectifying facade's frames from inner side for final inspections. Controlling and coordinating subcontractors - scaffolders, rope access' team, fitters, welders, painters.

Main responsibilities: taking care of the production (mostly from logistics point of view), monitoring and coordinating foremen and workmen's activities, translations Polish-English-Serbian in each sequence, following the site and preassembly yard needs and implementing them into production.
Direct supervision of employees (steel fixers and carpenters). Current production planning. Solving technical, design and logistics problems. Quality assurance and control of precast concrete elements on every step of production.
Working as a representative of general contractor (modernization of the lock 'Dzierżno' on the Gliwice Canal). Measuring the works done. Preparing quality and sales documentation. Inspections with the client. Tendering. Ordering materials. Seeking for sub-contractors.
Organising construction works at the site (modernisation of the copper smelter in Głogów). Analysis of the technical documentation. Monitoring works ongoing. Coordinating works of the subcontractors. Being responsible for the orders and materials in the warehouse. Representing company's business during meetings and negotiations.
Observing and monitoring operations on the lines of the LNG installation (Świnoujście LNG Terminal - under construction). Inspecting and quality checking with the client. Rejecting and discarding materials/elements according to the instructions/method statement/certificates. Preparing QA documentation.
Preparing QA documentation according to the "AS BUILT" documentation of the installation and certificates from general contractor (Świnoujście LNG Terminal - under construction). Taking a part in inspections and pre-inspections as a representative of subcontractor. Reporting nonconformities to a quality manager.
Preparing monthly reports with the scope of works executed according to the analysis of the documentation from the site for the general contractor (Świnoujście LNG Terminal - under construction).Calculating the value of the monthly pipeline's assembling.
Supervising civil works at the site (modernisation of the transformer station). Reporting executed scope of works to the head office of the company. Ordering and receiving materials. Keeping in touch with the
client.
