Overview:
Led the end to end scope of property & Facility for Palm Springs Compound & Other facilities - residential space with 200 accommodation units. In addition to maintaining and improving landlord and tenant relationship, I provide valuation appraisals to enable the Estates Board to make informed land and property decisions, including the rationalization and utilization of property assets.
Key Achievements:
• Developed and implemented asset management plans and maintenance plans for the entire property portfolio; ongoing projects, monitor facilities capital, and O&M project scopes, schedules, and budgets including annual spending plans and cost estimates.
