1- Reviewing submittals from Contractors including Shop Drawings, Material details, proposals, As built drawings, O&M Manuals, Cause and effect Matrix, Testing and Commissioning reports of MEP systems; to ensure they meet the requirements specified and provide feedback on changes necessary as required.
2- Assist Project Management and Project Control in preparation / review all technical packages prepared by the technical team required during bidding of subcontractor
3- Assist and participates in the development of the project program, Project Quality Plan, Construction Management Plan, Logistic and Traffic Management Plans, Mobilization Plans … etc.
4- Well understanding to Qatar Construction Specifications and Qatar Civil Defense requirements
5- Assist client and design consultant in resolving issues and provide value engineering solutions where applicable
6- Fully Aware of Engineering Principles, techniques, policies, and procedures
7- Fully aware of LEED related aspects / Documentation - Currently playing role of “LEED Coordinator”
8- Fully Aware of LEAN Project Management, Tools and Techniques
9- Coordinate and Interface Management with Site Wide Contractors and ensure design compatibility, scope, interface are inline
10- Completed the given tasks and duties within project schedule and Budget with highest quality
11- Lead and participate in project tendering, bidding, and packages submissions
12- Provided leadership and subject matter expertise to the project to achieve time, cost, quality and safety objectives
13- Managed performance of site project teams to achieve high standards of control and documentation
14- Administered subcontract packages throughout project life cycle and manage key subcontractor relationships by monitoring contract performance and tracking deadlines to ensure
company’s interest is protected at all times
15- Provided site supervision and field engineering on a diverse range of construction projects, and coordinated with engineering team on all related design matters
16- Maximized the efficiency of the given resources to ensure undue delay and project completion.
17- Maintained communication with the client, design consultants and subcontractors from post-contract award
18- Prepared correspondence on subject matter expertise to issue to the client or contractor as required to meet project objectives
19- Excellent knowledge in Material Engineering, Procurement processes and procedures, responsible for all mechanical procurement
20- Prepared handing over documents and submittals, reviewed as built and O&M manuals for completeness, and performed close-out activities
