Summary:
Provide Cisco Systems customers with direct specialized remote technical support
in configuring Cisco Security solutions and troubleshoot the technical issues that
Cisco customers are facing.
The scope of the assignments includes:
• Using debugging tools and lab simulations to recreate analyze and identify
solutions to complex issues.
• Identifying compatibility issues with other 3rd party devices and
researching and analyzing customers data/outputs and provide
software/hardware defects solutions.
• Keeping up to date with new technology products to provide support as
soon as they are launched in the market.
• Documenting issues on daily/weekly/monthly basis and reporting to senior
management as required.
