.Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and
management aspects of projects.
· Visiting end user to properly understand the requirement in the plants.
· Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support
services;
· Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their
requirements;
· Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
· Preparing the quotations, costing sheets and submitting the bid.
· Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality,
price and delivery;
· Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company
needs; Analyzing costs and sales, preparing reports for head office;
· Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;

Ibn Rushd, Yanbu: Overhauling of rotating equipments

Project coordination.
· Manpower control, reporting activities.
· Execution and supervision of the site construction activities
· Supervision and assistance in overhauling of Kawasaki &Demag Compressors, Steam
turbines, Demag Expanders in three plants.
· Assistance in commissioning of the systems.
· Installation of pipe and pipe supports as per the given scope.
· Project engineer during the Overhauling activities of 54-K-01 - Compressor
(Kawasaki), 54-KS-01 - Steam Turbine (Shin Nippon), 57-K-01 - Compressor
(Kawasaki), 57-KS-01 - Steam Turbine (Shin Nippon) in Sabic.
· Collecting all required data/drawings/ old protocols/ Vibration levels etc.
· Removal of Coupling cover and checking of coupling float
De-coupling and Checking axial float of Rotor.
· Dismantling of the Turbine.
· Opening the Turbine casing / carriers and inspection of internals.
· Checking both radial and axial clearances and centering values.
· Thorough cleaning of Guide Blades & Moving Blades.
· Inspection of Thrust and Journals Bearings of turbine and blue matching.Replacement if
required with customer spares.
· Overhauling of total governing system.
· Assembly of the Turbine rotor and checking for axial & radial clearances.
· Assembly of the complete Turbine and their Accessories.
· Alignment of Turbine with driven equipment to be checked and to be rectified if
necessary
· Keeping the Turbine ready for rolling.
· Assistance in commissioning after overhauling
