Contractor : Samsung Engineering Contracting Limited, SECL.

 Developed and distributed multi-languages posters, banners and bill boards about the fight against the Novel Covid-19 that has reduced the rate of infection by 74 percent as per PCR tests being conducted.

Responsibilities:
 Ensure that the site complies with the relevant HSE Legislation and ADNOC HSE requirements.
 Taking part in the promotion of vaccination and/ or inoculation programs through toolbox talks, posters and massive sensitization campaigns against Covid-19 Virus.
 Participate in HSE internal audits/inspection as per client’s procedures.
 Develops site safety procedures program (SWPP) and programs with a management systems focus.
 Performs risk assessments to identify risks and develop effective methods for risk control and management.
 Provides support for Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management Planning (RMP) including participation in HAZOP studies, process design reviews, PSSRs.
 Develops and implements meaningful and insightful analysis of safety related key performance metrics. Uses data for incident prevention and for communication of trends and impacts
 Provides support for the Plant’s emergency alarm system, evacuation drills, attendance/drills, third party inspections & follow-up recommendations, fire water system impairments.
 Works with the SH&S Manager and other department staff to establish annual departmental goals and objectives to develop tactical strategies to achieve them
 Develops and implements company safety programs, including technical documents such as written safety plans, manuals, operating procedures, and other vehicles for communication of safety-related information.
 Conducted supervisory inspections for “HOT TAPPING” and “TIE-IN” works with zero injuries and damage to property during ADNOC SHUTDOWN/TURNAROUND 2020.
 Develop and maintain a strong safety culture within the work force.
 Ensuring that site activities are conducted in accordance with the project and Company HSE plans and Approved codes of practice and standards.
 Ensure welding, cutting, grinding, PWHT, NDT, painting, pneumatic, hydro testing, excavation, structural, scaffolding, heavy lifting/rigging, confined space activities are carried out under safety standards and complied with safety rules and regulations.
 Take initiative and leadership in organizing all HSE program in the project.
 Take an active role on Work management System (WMS) review, audit and control.
 Organize and conduct in house mandatory trainings to the employees and documenting of records.

Achieved 17 Million Safe Man Hours without a LTI at EPC Works for UZ750 Sulphur Recovery Plant, Abu Dhabi (Technip FMC).

Responsibilities:
 Implemented HSE plans and procedures as per the international code of practice and client requirements.
 Monitored and implemented project specific health, safety and environment programs and activities based on established policies, procedures and advise for safe system of work.
 Supported offshore HSE personnel in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.
 Conducted Risk Assessments/JSA to execute various hot works in live plant (Operation & Hydrocarbon area) as per company PTW system.
 Carried out regular inspections of the work areas with respective Contractor’s line managers/HSE representatives and prepare reports.
