Main activities and responsibilities:
1. Supervising and lead project engineers and drafters to perform and to handle the engineering activities, prepare materials bill of quantity as per job order to achieve the required specifications
2. Tenders or contract Management by leading project engineers to prepare project feasibility analysis, cost estimation and compliance statements according to contract or tenders technical requirements
3. Direct and coordinate all technical activities with sales, purchasing, production, operation, quality assurance, testing and after sales service
4. Oversee the research and development to improve products quality, develop overall concepts for a new product and to define anew technical procedures or/and any related engineering documents
5. Providing training and technical support for other members of engineering staff and other departments
6. Consult with higher levels of management to establish administrative policies, forecasting, planning, procedure and standards
7. Coordinate and organize department work activities with other departments, planning and scheduling to achieve company target
8. Analyzing market demand and available resources, prepare budget, bids and contract
9. Develop and review work performance, checking the work accuracy and solving internal issues.
10. Implementation 3D Solid works modeling in design process
11. Implementation of ERP system in all engineering process which will guaranty lean engineering process, accurate BOM and smooth process with other departments
12. Supporting production to implement lean production process.

- Design and construction of Diesel Generating Set Packages (Black Start Generating Set, Emergency Generating Set, Stand-by and Base load Generating set)
Main activities and responsibilities:
1. Searching for new clients and new opportunity which might benefit from company products or services
2. Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needful
3. Project Management, feasibility analysis and cost estimation (contract requirements, cost impact and materials cost analysis)
4. Providing technical assistance during pre-sales and if necessary during engineering activities to meet the Project technical requirements
5. Helping in the design of custom-made products to meet the Project technical requirements
6. Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
7. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Acoustic noise reduction calculation;
8. Preparing technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
9. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
10. Providing technical training and producing support material for other members of the sales team

Main activities and responsibilities:
1. Coordinates project engineering activities to comply with contract requirements
2. Project Management and cost analysis (contract requirements, cost impact and materials cost analysis)
3. Supervising and lead junior engineers and drafters to perform and to handle the engineering activities according to the job order to achieve the required specifications
4. Carry out the design and technical activities to meet the Project technical requirements:
a. Process engineering for P&ID design and drawing;
b. Enclosure ventilation system calculation and Sizing;
c. Acoustic noise reduction calculation;
d. Steel structure stress analysis by using FEM (Base frame, Enclosure, Lifting lug…etc.);
5. Design & Sizing (Base frame structure, Enclosure structure, Coupling, Anti vibration Supports, Radiators, Exhaust gas system, Lube oil system, Fuel System, pumps & Genset Accessories)
6. Risk analysis as per Project Technical Specification & Project ambient conditions (Process HAZOP, Power de-rating, Engine heat dissipation, noise dissipation, Vibration isolation)
7. Materials technical selection as per project specifications and calculation (Coupling, Radiators, anti-vibration systems, ventilation fans, Pumps, Valves and pipes, accessories…etc.)
8. Design review & Technical analysis of the materials specifications and Supplier Offers as per Project Technical Specifications
9. Coordinates with Suppliers in order to meet the project technical requirements
10. BOM preparation and assist the procurement department to proceed with materials purchasing
11. Coordinates project technical works with other departments
12. Technical documents preparation, preparing and controlling project technical documents (MDRB, Operation and maintenance Manual, Genset Installation & Erection Procedure, Pre commissioning & Commissioning Procedure …etc.) as per project contractual specifications
13. Development of equipment specifications by the incorporation with process engineering and manufacturing
14. Technical support and assist the Production, Project Manager and Client.
15. Provides assistance for the site team during construction and start-up
16. Site service and supervision: plant assembly, installation and erection and plant mechanical pre commissioning procedure

Main activities and responsibilities:
1. Preparing the technical reports
2. Trading correspondences with customers and suppliers
3. Preparing spare parts offers by using computer price list program and electronic parts catalogue (EPC)
4. Preparing recommended spare parts list, packing list and the spare parts package according to the customer request
5. Preparing the warranty claims forms according to Mercedes Benz system by using electronic parts catalogue CD (EPC) & the time guides + damage code CD
6. Following the complaints from our customers by follow it with our production engineers maintenance, and quality control engineers for giving an advice and final solutions
7. Enhancing the spare parts store according to the maintenance center demands
