* Quantity take off using Auto cad.
* Assist to preparing final BOQ for MEP service and civil work with proper take-off evidence.
*Assist to evaluating unit cost.
* Assist to preparation & finalization of tender submission.
* Assist to analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports. Check, reviewand recommend new rates.
* Assist to valuing completed work and arrange payments.
* Attending commercial meeting with client, consultant and sub contractors. Timeto time commercial reporting to project manager and commercial manager.

* Taking joint measurements, checking and certifying daily progress report setting out project works in accordance with drawings & specification Preparing rate analysis for new items based on prorate, past BOQ Preparation of monthly interim application
* Preparation variation requests & proposals and agreeing with client Valuation of variations
* Quantity takeoff for pre contract and post contract Checking specifications & tender documents etc
* Site visit & coordinate with site engineer and attend the related meetings Reconciliation of material and works executed during the month Maintain all QS documents and logs/ registers applicable

Preparing take offs from drawings and compare with site measurements
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress report  maintaining all materials equipment record
