Management for the Technical Department of the PMV incorporating Workshop, Help desk, Lifting Dep, GPS, Planning, QA, and Job card sections
•Plan, organize, lead and control all activities in the Workshop (Cranes, Heavy Equipment, Fabrication, and Transport…etc.) to meet with company objectives and target, ensure all workshop activities and process are in line with company policy.
•Liaise with Project Engineers/PMV Manager to ensure appropriate equipment is made available to meet site requirement and timelines.
•Ensure PMV Policies and Procedures are properly implemented and followed.
•Prepares and submits operating reports to management informing of current Equipment / Vehicle status, Manpower Status and External Equipment / Vehicle percentage
•Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance schedule on equipment
•Review and analyze project forecast requirements which in turn is utilized for PMV CAPEX requirements
•Manage all Site requests and requirements and distribute to the concerned Departments
•In charge of tower cranes, hoists and lifting Equip. Dep.
•Provide Technical support for lifting equipment’s required by the sites (tower cranes, Mobile Cranes, Passenger Hoists ….
•Managing all lifting plan, risk assessment and method statement for all lifting activities
•Review and improve all reports on the GPS system to be used on all PMV transaction
•Key user for ERP System project for PMV requirements.
•Ensures the ready status of standby equipment.
•Provide Technical support for all new requirements and assist procurement.
•Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance, policies,
processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
