Create and monitor Recruitment & Onboarding Reports via visual dashboard (Power-Bi & Excel).
Track all Recruitment and Onboarding daily position updates.
Provide stockholders with weekly reports.
Create & design employee handbook.
Ensure workstations are ready with all required technical items.
Conduct New Employee Welcome (orientation).
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Ensuring compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Supervising strategic onboarding from A-Z (Local and Overseas)
Create and share visual dashboard of the hiring and onboarding experience & satisfaction based on Survey.
Distribute and analyze New Employee Survey, coordinate county-wide efforts to enhance the onboarding process.
Share organizational information and context.
Proficient in visa procedures for overseas new employees.
Facilitating new employees’ relocation.
Ensuring flight ticket and hotel reservation are arranged and confirmed.
