Operation Theater The role involves a wide range of disciplines including:
*Ensure preoperative checks and prior to the administration of any anesthetic or surgical procedure.
*Psychological Preparation using appropriate communication.
*Physically monitoring the patient using electronic devices.
*Process Management ensuring safeguards against wrong operations
*Report discrepancies to the Anesthetist / Surgeon / Theatre Manager or Senior Member of Theatre Staff on Duty.
*ensure that correct aseptic techniques are used at all times.
