I am working for Syrian Gas Company(South Middle Area
Gas Plant ) as workshop head of maintenance which includes:
Piping - valves - vessels (static equipment) maintenance.
Pipeline projects :
- A member of the oversight committee for gas pipelines
for two projects with long about 60 Km, OD 10" - 6" - 4" .
So we oversee all the work to execute the pipelines :
- Digging the trench .
- Transfer tubes and deployed along the trench .
- Welding .
- Welding imaging and isolate welding joints .
- Check insulation (holiday detection).
- Lowering the sections in the ditch .
- Hydro static testing .
In addition to all the works that make viable the right to invest the line.
- member of receipt committee for one project .
- Member of the Committees for the preparation of books suitable for the extension of gas pipelines in accordance with the local standards ( AFPC standard ) and international standards ( API 5L, API 1104, ASME IX, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8 )
From 11/2018 until now I’m working at North Middle Area Gas Plant(Syrian Gas Company) .
- Executive tanks and nozzles as in drawings.
- Executive piping isometric drawings.
- Management of work in piping workshop .
I worked for PETROLIFT- Syria Company as inspector engineer employee which includes:
1-Lifting Equipment through Examination and Proof Load Testing .
2-Non Destructive Testing (NDT) :
-(VI) Visual Inspection.
- (MPI) Magnetic Particle Inspection.
- (EMI) Electromagnetic Inspection.
- (PT) liquid Penetrant Test.
- (RT) Radiographic test.
- (UT) Ultrasonic Test, Ultrasonic wall thickness gauging.
