1-Supervise Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from start up till end of production, and final testing.
2-Revise of preparing process control sheet as per cable design and industrial practices.
3-Revise of Design, calculate, run, test, and upgrade the Tooling of any run, and Coordinate with Die shop to ensure that tools and dies are properly manufactured.
4-Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve machines production rates and quality of output.
5-Contribute for reviewing cables specifications to compare the requirements with actual runs.
6-Liaise with production planner/scheduler for ensuring the released products have adequate BOM as per CSS from Design and Specification dep.
7-Regularly check production control charts, Statistical Process Control charts SPC.
8-Involve in analyzing defective products (NCR) to find proper corrective and preventive actions.
9-Work with design engineering on DFX (design for excellence) by reporting his findings, and results of process runs, to enhance cables designs.
10-Work with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, run time, cost reduction and close the feedback loop.
11-Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology.
12-Perform risk assessment.

2-Material saving program through chosen the proper tooling for every size will run whatever insulated or sheathed cable.
3-Online checking for produced cable to be sure it is produced as per required specification.
4-A member of 5 s program team.
1-Shift leader for assembly and armoring (steel wire - double steel tape - cupper tape) department, first six months.
2-Shift leader for Extruder department includes insulation and sheathing Lines, with excellent experience with different types of materials (PVC/XLPE/LSHF/LSLH/LLDPE), and lead material.
• Responsibilities :
Responsible for the Process of cable manufacturing (Drawing - stranding - insulation - Assembly -filling - Armoring steel And wire - Final sheathing), mainly from stranding to final stage.
Responsible for the traceability of non-conforming products and make corrective actions and preventive actions to prevent happen again.
Responsible for the machines calibrations (Link between production and maintenance department).
Leading role in process sheets for new plant machines.
Lead role to have high efficiency of the production process, highest speed, highest production, lowest scrap as possible.
Good knowledge of telephone cables manufactures process from size (1 pair) to biggest size (2400 pair) with TC-154, TC 450, and TC113.
