* Associate in Market Researches & Prospect for potential business opportunities.
* Provide a complete account management, from client’s end to group’s end.
* Activation of the clients marketing plans.
* Assist in or produce business studies/ plans for new services development.
* Planning of any events that highlights corporate services.
* Arrange; setup the activation of training programs considering all physical setups.
* Assist the Director of Business Development in any Co-related projects as necessary.
Responsible for marketing and promoting APMAC Egypt Herbal products across the international markets as a 6- Months project.
Assisting in the import process including coordination and communications with the suppliers and factories in Europe and China until the shipment reaches our ports in Egypt and arrange for the clearance.
• Planning, implementation and follow-up for all special events and annual receptions.
• Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution.
• Responsible for the development and fulfillment of the events and marketing budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate with event contractors.
• Annually develop and implement marketing plans and materials.
• Write, submit and follow-up to ensure placement on press releases and stories to established
contacts with local and regional media.
• Assist the Marketing Manager and Regional Director in other co. related programs as necessary.
*Assisting Marketing Manager in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
*Interfacing with counterparts and building up relationships with them at marketing suppliers.
*Coordinating in production of a wide range of marketing communications.
*Developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing.
*Supervising the production or implementation of marketing materials.
*Executing a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
Responsible for approaching potential clients for the agency, organizing marketing and advertising deals and keeping a good relation between clients and the agency using the best communication techniques
