Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
• Work with the M&E Team and project staff at Area level to develop systems for capturing and managing data on beneficiaries as well as relevant output and outcome indicators;
• Oversee the systematic and continuous data collection and analysis on the progress of activities over time and monitor results in terms of timeliness, quality and accuracy in line with the logical framework approaches (LFAs), best practice and project management;
• Ensure consistency of approach at all levels in the M&E in collaboration with programme staff using M&E tools developed;
• Support the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation plan in close collaboration with project staff;
• Monitor project performance and share information with the project consortium lead staff to support decision-making at the area office level;
• Create data collection surveys using software such as Kobo and Google Collect… and train staff on these tools.
