HIGHLIGHTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone.
Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements.
Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Business Plan.
Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target business.
Reporting business trends and staff performance to the Sales Manager.
Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.
Identifying what customers want.
Planning and organizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
Developing a full understanding of the business.
HIGHLIGHTS
To maintain the standard operation procedure (SOP) of the restaurant. Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the dine in area. Check the assigned station to make sure that the have been properly and completely set as needed prior to guest arrival. Take the guest order and serve according to their order on time make sure the guest satisfaction. Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and should be capable to guide to guest for the selection of product from menu determinations. Promote to additional sales by taking opportunity to up sale in a professional manner make sure that guest payment insure the personal hygiene and grooming should be followed by rules and regulation and maintain good communication with colleagues and senior as much as possible for team work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Greet to the guest when entering into the hotel.
Provide a suitable table for the guest and offered for sit.
Receive food and drinks order & Serve guest requests to the standard required.
Serving dishes to guest at table.
Learning the names of & Building relationship with regular guest.
Delivery of all food & beverage items to guest in hospitality standard time.
Making recommends from the menu if guest required.
Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
Cleaning cutlery and dishes away from the table.
Full product knowledge of all menu items and hotel facilities and services.
Check on guest asking if they are enjoy their meals & service.
Close the guest transaction by cash & cards.
Maintain food serving area is clean and tidy once all the guest have left.
Relaying, Repairing and settling table for the next guest.
