Direct Marketing/PR/Branding:
• Participate in major events, sponsor relative events and supervise implementation
• Produce Marketing materials such as Product brochures, outers, banners, and others
• Cooperating with brands for mutual marketing activities such as Furniture companies

Marketing & Communications:

• Successfully managing and coordinating graphic design projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with clients and copywriters on design conceptualization as well as other requirements, and advising clients on all technical visual recommendations
• Developing and supporting a full-service marketing department; creating brochures, invitation cards, office stationery sets, posters, advertising pages, rollups, outdoor boards, banners, signage, newsletters, etc., And ensuring all collateral meets the visual identity guidelines set by the client
Digital Marketing:

Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for FIT segment, handling tour operator's inquiries via calls, emails, and faxes.
• Handling pre-paid blocks (creating block and rooming list)
• Check the arrival file 3 days prior to arrival, and paymasters
• Identify Sales opportunities through individuals, Corporate Accounts, Wholesalers and Travel
Management companies
• Convey customer feedback to assist the Revenue Management and Sales Teams in pricing and sales strategies
• Attend daily Revenue meetings such as Sales /Events meeting and Revenue meeting.
• Creating S.O.Ps for the department and Train the team member on the FIT segment.
• Liaise daily with Sales for any new promotion, contract or contract amendment.
Jan - Sep 2011: Moevenpick Resort Taba, Sinai, Egypt, as Reservation sales agent.
Main Responsibilities: • Check arrivals, handle PMs and rate checking.
• Handle groups, follow up the group offers, create blocks, set up rate codes and load the rooming list and follow it up for amendments if any.
• Load the new contracts, set up rate codes and blocks), promotions and offers as well.
• Make daily reports (history and forecast, block pick up, reservation chart, Market room type
chart Etc)
• Efficient communication with all other departments, especially front desk, accounting and sales.
