I coordinated the corridor between the agencies and the central project team with the following objectives:
- Traveled between all branches of Africa geographic corridor in order to have a good knowledge of business problems, its scope of action and the impact of the implementation of Way.
- Formalized corridor (distances, transport, network coverage, potential crossing points required / ...), exchange with the agency on the possible need for tracking Director and participates in the drafting of implementing evacuation plans.
- Ensured the preparatory works for the site and the centralization of documents.
- Organized pre-visit (logistics team pre-visit meeting, agendas ...).
- Performed pre-visit in pairs with one of our deployment.
- Accompanied the site managers in the implementation of action plans required for starting and participating in the Go / NoGo agency
- Prepares and organizes launch and startup meeting
- Checked infrastructure agencies before starting
