Promoted to work under Corporate Procurement department. My responsibility is to:
- Assess business processes to design, control, monitor, measure, and execution.
- Continuously improve practices within own team in compliance with the department policies and procedures.

- Observe and adhere to implement Corporate Procurement’s governance, regulations, policy and procedures and code of conduct to ensure compliance in managing non-trade products and services related matter.
- Conduct frequent auditing practices as required with internal customers and procurement categories to ensure execution and compliance of approved legislations.
- Support setting up and implement system workflow enhancement to improve productivity.

-Established work instructions with SMEs and provided process standardization covering all stores operations kingdom wide.
- Reacted on process deficiencies within the operational departments & support its process improvements.
- Supported in building and updating SOPs with cross functional departments aligned with Operations Excellence.
- Ensured all processes and procedures are updated and revised according to the QMS policy and procedure within concerned departments.
- Proposed a tracker software to seize SKUs on criteria base across Panda stores.
- Contributed with consultants in the new adoption of business processes related to CCO & POS system across all stores.
Operated at PGC “Process Governance & Compliance” department where I’ve:
- Supported in building Policies and Processes (SOPs) across the “Company Operational Departments” according to the Quality Management Standard.
- Ensured the proper and effective rolling out of the approved policies and procedures (SOPS) across the “Company Operational Departments”.
- Ensured the “Company Operational Departments” are following and complying with the QMS policy and procedure.
- Involved in QMS training within the “Company Operational Departments” to ensure proper implementation and sustainability.
- Supported ensuring all processes and procedures are updated and revised according to the QMS policy and procedure within the “Company Operational Departments”.
- Liaised with the Compliance Team to drive and ensure the overall implementation effectiveness of the QMS.

- Structure Business Process Improvements (BPI) through developing & standardizing catering services provided on-board for VVIP clients.
- Assisted with the PMO Manager to monitor other related on-progress projects for concerned departments & raised their SPI reports.
• Assisted with the CFO and stakeholders to document & analyze their financial processes across several segments using the best practices models.
• Volunteered along with several HR teams to observe the process workflow structure on some of the HR sections by their Oracle team due to their HRS platform installation.
• Implemented the initial phase business process mapping for the Sales & Business Development department with involvement of Saudi Laundry Services.
• Attained to perform a proposal study on providing advanced solutions for Onboard Airline Catering equipment with the cooperation of Menu & Galley Planning in order to be up to date in the market.

• Formed a cross-functional process structure that bridges Airline Sales Division with other concerned departments to be effectively linked and functional.
• Designed a schematic layout “as-is & to-be” structure for the cooler containers’ of the Jams production to utilize free spaces and shortened the delayed time.
• Decreased the time & cost consumption of raw date’s refinery productions for the Mamool factory.
• Provided a solution to move produced goods from one production section to another and reduced labor fatigue.
