certain process IDs.
* Working on HL&I Mailboxes if any escalations sent by users. Providing access to users for
Banking Applications
Providing Technical Support to Internal EDS Employees.
* Helping the agents in resolving the issue on the Floor whenever needed
Resolving Issues Pertaining to Pointsec-Enryption Software.
