EDNA Mall is a luxury shopping Mall that worked for the past Three years in Addis Ababa. I pursued from the beginning of opening of EDNA Mall. I am currently working in multi Brand section composed of Bags and Shoes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
•Listening and understanding guest requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
•Maintaining relationship with Guests by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements
•Maintain quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards
•Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
•Managing stock, checking the quantities of products and preserving the stock;
•Aiming to achieve sales targets monthly/annually by up selling and cross selling;
•Working with VM in product managing and displaying;
•Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
•Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
•Collaborate with team to achieve better results
