Responsibilities Include:
- Based on client site, I project managed the hiring of a 78 person managerial team (all niche requirements),
for a newly created division to oversee the provision of Facilities Management services for the new Abu Dhabi Airport.
- Full life cycle recruitment project management, including:
o Job description creation
o Talent mapping
o Recruitment process formulation
o Upskilling of recruitment team
o Delivery of niche candidates
o Overseeing the interview process
o Creation of reporting templates for client MI
- Daily engagement with client Executive Director, HR Director and Senior Management Team, as well
as weekly recruitment update presentations to the CHRO, CEO and Group CEO.
-Due to the very specific requirements for each role, talent mapping and working very closely with the
client senior stakeholders to manage expectations was a major part of this role.
- Managed 2 onsite and 2 offsite recruiters whilst also working closely with client HR team to oversee
onboarding and Finance team for invoicing.

- Providing consultation to clients to devise targeted recruitment strategies that are tailored to their specific needs. Both new client acquisition and development of existing clients.
- Requirement gathering with client senior management (up to CIO level) to formulate job specifications, recruitment plans and timelines.
- Implemented bespoke recruitment solutions for leading clients ranging from contingency to RPO solutions. This spanned both contract / temporary staffing and permanent recruitment.
- Primary sectors were Aviation, Financial Services / Banking and technology companies.
- Managing recruitment teams (on-shore and off-shore), sourcing top tier IT professionals on a global stage for internationally recognised brands.
- Overseeing the end to end Visa process and on-boarding of both locally based and expat candidates in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Trained recruitment teams on candidate attraction techniques and utilisation of Social Media.

Achievements:

- Tasked with the service recovery of Tasc’s largest IT account, where the relationship had faltered under the previous Account Manager. Through extensive client stakeholder engagement (including VP level), restructure of internal support teams and processes, the reputation is rebuilt and revenue has seen an increase of 300%.
- Implemented an RPO solution for a leading UAE bank to provide visa provision consolidation, vendor reduction, cost savings, candidate quality improvements within an exceptionally challenging environment. This included working with senior stakeholders to completely reformulate their internal processes.
- Successfully project managed a multi country recruitment campaign for a major UAE client to source senior level candidates with niche domain experience from client specified geographical locations, engaging with partners and managing internal recruitment teams.
- Delivered AED 2.6M gross profit, against a target of AED 2.4M, in 2015.
