Develop and improve Management Reports which includes SAP Dashboard presentations, monitoring and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) versus Benchmarks. Maintains all Master Equipment Data in SAP for assets on Offshore locations & Well Head Jackets, which include Functional Locations, Technical specifications, Documents, Bill of Materials and Preventive Maintenance Plans. Ensures that KPIs and Periodic Reports are updated on time. Prepares detailed Turnaround Plans and Scope of Work for Major Planned Shutdowns and Overhauls. Monitors progress and reports on daily basis during shutdown and compiles close out reports. Prepares long and short term Maintenance Plans on a regular basis. Plan and Schedule all assigned maintenance work by creating and updating Maintenance Plans, coordinating all scheduled work orders and checking Notifications & Work Orders for quality and accuracy. Ensures availability of materials to meet the Preventive / Corrective/ Shutdown Maintenance Programs; Monitors, coordinate technical evaluations & expedite material procurement and supply, dispatch, delivery and receipt to the site. Provide Technical Support to all the team members in the Planning team.

Shop Repair & Overhaul (as per flight hours) of all electrical components of all aircraft owned & operated by Philippine Airlines & other clients.
