o Assist in preparing project Documents Management system that will be implemented through the project life cycle.
o Maintain and develop the current use system to enhance document workflow.
o Follow the Documents Control Procedures and Follow the distribution matrix.
o Assist in preparing a system to easy incorporate the data and information updates from all departments on daily base into the Project Central Document Library (soft and hard copies).
o Coordinate with the document controllers and team members to ensure that the delegated tasks are properly executed.
o Monitor and update any change and modification to the technical documents.
o Ensure of tracking and distributing the controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable based on approved matrix of distribution by Project Manager; and to ensure that the documents last revision supersedes the old revisions.
o Make regularly backups of all the data, keeping them in a secure place.
o Handles related special assignments that are related to documents control management.
o Perform all tasks with quality and time efficiency.
o Creating, Preparing and Back up all Documents on Aconex System.
