• Adhere to KPI (On time performance, Monitoring Staff allocation and reporting, Service Recovery measures).
• Lead as In-Charge of Australia flights, Satellite terminal for short connections and dedicated staff for United States flights.
• Areas worked during my tenure Base Coordination, Transfer Desk, Arrivals, Check in Counters, VIP Terminal, Ministry VIP Terminal, Boarding gates and Premium Terminal exclusively for First and Business Class Passengers.
