• Responsible for all the FIFA World Cup 2022 Non-official sites
Cleaning & Waste Management operation for Al Thumama and Al
Janoub Stadium.
• Planning host country tournament Cleaning & Waste
Management operation plan and Service Level Agreement.
• Ensure that all services are delivered on-time, within scope and
budget guidance.
• Coordinating with different functional areas, service provider,
stadium facility management and stakeholders for the operation
requirement.
• Preparing resource plan and release order to service provider.
• Ensure the assigned responsibilities are delivered to a high
standard of quality and timeliness, in full compliance with the SC
Quality Policy and the Safety and Security rules and
requirements and in line with any standards and objectives
designated in the Employee Performance Management system.
• Auditing service provider to make sure set KPI & SLAs are met.
• Preparing daily report and submitting to FIFA Main Operation
Centre.
• Auditing waste management operation to make sure that service
providers are compliance Host Country sustainability policy.
• Preparing post tournament reports.
Coordinate and integrate cleaning and waste services for Host
Country at multiple sites in support of FIFA World Cup 2022.
• Attending SOP session for different functional areas and
planning cleaning & waste management operation accordingly.
• Develop scopes of work and service level agreements matched to
stakeholder requirements for service.
• Delivery across multiple sites.
• Ensure resource availability and integration.
• Develop and monitor a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in
project scope, schedule and costs.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• On a continual basis, undertake risk management to minimize
project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide input to Project planning and administration matters.
• Adapt to the needs of the role as per the Supreme Committee evolution.
• Supervising shared service staffs in daily housekeeping in the provision of cleaning, waste management, pest control services & planning their shift.
• Enforces and apply client safety measures among all subordinates and contractors in the work place and environment throughout the venue.
• Maintaining and monitoring different types of modern cleaning machines, equipments and chemicals.
• Carry out spot checks of equipment and chemicals to be deployed in the service delivery to ensure they meet operational requirements and legislative requirements
• Identify training needs, conducts training to the shared service staffs and keeps record.
• Updating and follow-up daily maintenance service work order with maintenance department.
• Inspect the cleaning quality of the shared service in exhibition halls, meeting room, theatre, auditoriums, VIP lounge, landscaping, offices & general public areas of the venue.
• Planning and allocating staff according to event requirement.
• Preparing weekly & monthly reports.
• Assisting executive housekeeper in planning and organizing for day to day housekeeping operation.
• Inspecting cleanliness quality of occupied, checked out, arrival rooms, outlets, health club, lobby and public areas.
• Conducting monthly inventory and managing par stock of guest supplies, equipments, linen and preparing monthly report.
• Directing and train housekeeping staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
• Conducts training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinates work activities among departments.
• Supervision of the Laundry and Uniform Room operations to ensure
product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel or company business objectives.
• Allocate work duties to team member.
• Perform routine inspections all check out rooms & spot checks of all occupied rooms.
• Repost and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issue.
• Inspects routinely outlets, health club, lobby, service areas & corridor.
• Schedule & supervise deep cleaning/ any other projects.
• Provide excellent guest service, including VIP & other requirements.
• Handling all the telephone calls, guest request, communicating the information and keeping record.
• Handling lost and found section.
• Handling guest supplies store.
• Maintaining computerized work order system.
• Clean all assigned guest rooms including: dusting, making bed, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies.
• Preparing checked out room prioritizing early arrival rooms.
• Checking & collecting laundry from the guest room.
• Reporting maintenance if any. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Providing turn down service, reporting and keeping records all DND, SR, SL rooms during the shift.
• Constantly offer professional, friendly & engaging service.
• Responsible for cleaning & maintaining assigned public areas throughout hotel.
